In Episode 2 of Series 4 we continue the conversation about complementary therapies and invite experienced reflexologist Sally Earlam on to the Menopause Matters, Let’s Talk podcast to discuss the benefits of reflexology and to help us answer the most common questions people have.

We find out if reflexology is safe and effective, can it be used during the perimenopause transition and is it safe to use alongside hormone replacement therapy.

Many women want to know if it can reduce the severity and frequency of hot flushes & night sweats, can it improve sleep quality, as well as potentially alleviate anxiety, depression, and other mood changes associated with menopause.

We explain how reflexology points relate to the body and how they can be used to address specific symptoms. Can you just have reflexology through your feet or can you get reflexology treatment through the face and hands as well.

We discuss what is the latest research on reflexology and menopause and where you can find a good reflexologist.

By listening to this fabulous episode we hope we can convince some of you to take a leap and try what is one of the most relaxing and restorative complementary therapies…am I biased…absolutely, as a reflexologist myself I’ve seen the results and  would highly recommend it!

You can listen in on Spotify, Apple and Audible.
