Corporate Workshops

Let’s Talk Menopause’s corporate education sessions - designed to bring clarity, confidence & a greater understanding about this complex topic. Sessions contribute to helping organisations  develop inclusive, supportive and compassionate  workplaces.

 

Whether delivered online or face-to-face, our tailored sessions offer essential insight into the signs and symptoms of the menopause, ways to cope with symptoms, giving practical strategies for symptom management alongside taking a holistic approach. We also provide management training and guidance to help organisations focus on fostering an inclusive, menopause aware culture at work. Led by experienced educators each package equips managers, champions, and employees with evidence-based knowledge, interactive Q&A, and take home resources enabling teams to have meaningful conversations and to be able to support colleagues through every stage of their menopause transition. 

Menopause​ Education Sessions

This session covers key topics including:

  • The signs and symptoms of menopause and diagnosis.

  • Practical ways to cope - ranging from lifestyle choices, complementary therapies and alternative options to the benefits & risks of Hormone Replacement Therapy.

  • Addressing the impact of menopause in the workplace, helping to foster awareness, empathy, and appropriate support within professional environments.

Each interactive session concludes with an open Q&A, encouraging meaningful discussion and tailored advice. To support continued learning, organisers will also receive a concise summary leaflet and a carefully curated list of resources to share with attendees.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

Gain an insight into the benefits of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in helping to manage symptoms associated with the menopause. This session offers a clear introduction to why CBT is a valuable tool for women navigating the menopause transition.

 

The session explains how CBT can effectively help with the management of hot flushes & night sweats, disrupted sleep patterns, alongside managing stress & anxiety levels.

 

Through accessible explanations, interactive exercises, and simple relaxation strategies, participants will gain practical tools which can help to manage a variety of symptoms contributing to a better quality of life long term.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Holistic Approach to Health

Taking a holistic approach to menopause wellbeing is essential. Our Holistic Health session is designed to help people understand the benefits of investing time into exploring the benefits of lifestyle choices, and complementary therapies. It highlights how adopting a healthy, balanced lifestyle can support both physical and mental wellbeing during this transition. Participants will learn practical strategies to help reduce stress levels, discover options for self-management, and gain insight into the role of nutrition and complementary therapies in supporting hormonal balance and overall wellness. It helps to build resilience, develop informed choices, giving options for self management of symptoms alongside input from health care professionals when needed.
