Here at LTM we are passionate about raising awareness and providing accurate, trusted information on the Menopause & related topics, taking a holistic approach. 
Collectively we bring decades of knowledge and experience, delivering education in a variety of ways, consistently providing accessible education on the Menopause.

Ruth Devlin

Founder of Let's Talk Menopause

Ruth has had a career spanning over 30 years working in the health and wellbeing sector, initially training as a nurse in Edinburgh. She continues to work in education & is  passionate about educating both men and women about all aspects of the menopause, alongside taking a holistic approach to health.

An experienced educator, Ruth regularly carries out training & education sessions in the workplace across all sectors, including various NHS boards. You can find a selection of companies that Ruth has worked with here


She constantly endeavours to find accessible formats to raise awareness & provide information. Ruth is also a reflexologist and has menopause specific CBT training.​​

​

She has contributed on a variety of platforms, including Radio 4's 'Woman’s Hour' and the BBC Insider’s Guide to the Menopause documentary with Kirsty Wark. She has been a guest speaker on many podcasts and is also a Scottish Union Learning Training provider.

She co-hosts the Menopause Matters, Let's Talk Podcast with Dr Heather Currie MBE.

Dr Heather Currie

Co-host of the Menopause Matters, Let’s Talk podcast

MBE MB BS, FRCOG, MRCGP, DRCOG, MRCGP.


Heather is a gynaecologist with special interests in menopause, Premenstrual syndrome and cervical screening and was awarded an MBE in 2021 for her contribution to healthcare. She is a trustee and past chair of the British Menopause Society (BMS), Co-editor of post Reproductive Health, the journal of the BMS and Clinical advisor to Scottish government for the Women’s Health Plan for Scotland. Heather is the founder and MD of Menopause Matters, set up in 2001. 

Dr Rebecca McCormick

We're delighted that Becky, Dr Rebecca McCormick works with us, contributing to talks and the podcast when time allows. 

​

Becky graduated from the University of Aberdeen and has extensive experience including working as a GP within general practice, as a GP in Palliative Care, and as a Western Medical acupuncturist. She has specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, teaches advanced communication skills for healthcare professionals and also practises hypnotherapy.​ ​Becky is a passionate believer in treating the whole person, with a strong interest in wellness. 

She is a member of the British Menopause Society & the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
